I’m Jess and I am so happy you’ve found my little corner of the Internet. Many things about me have led me here – to this space where I hope to educate and empower people in their journey to and through parenthood. Having my first baby (and then second and third) is definitely where my passion for evidence-based childbirth education began. But I’ve loved learning and research and science for as long as I can remember.
I hold my Masters of Science in Neuroscience, am a CAPPA certified childbirth educator, and have worked for 10 years as a medical writer – learning to distill complex research for all types of audiences – from patients to physicians. Please, stick around a while!
